Our Youth Athletic Training program in Mobile, AL builds stronger, faster, and more confident athletes. Designed for ages 12–18, we focus on performance-based youth athlete training (not sport skills), so athletes develop the physical tools to excel in any sport.

HOW YOUTH ATHLETIC TRAINING WORKS

We begin with an athlete assessment to establish baselines in speed, agility, power, and strength. From there, athletes enter the track that fits their goals:

Speed & Agility Track: Focuses on acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, and jump mechanics. Ideal for sports requiring quickness and control.

Strength Track: Builds a foundation of barbell, dumbbell, and kettlebell strength with safe, progressive technique.

Both tracks include core stability, joint strength, and conditioning tailored for game-day performance. Small-group sessions ensure hands-on coaching and individual attention.

WHAT ATHLETES GAIN

Athletes improve acceleration, top-end speed, vertical and broad jump performance, throwing power, and change-of-direction control. Gains in strength and stability help protect against injury while building confidence in competition.
